It’s certainly no secret that the Charleston area is among the fastest-growing regions in the United States. Thousands of people move to the Lowcountry each year, many of them in search of a builder with the experience and expertise to make the process of building a new home as simple and as painless as possible.

Those who seek a solid company that can help them create their dream home in a hassle-free environment need look no further than Lennar, creator and proud purveyor of the “Everything’s Included” program.

While other builders might tack on tens of thousands of dollars for so-called upgrades, such as granite countertops, stainless steel General Electric appliances, enhanced cabinets, hardwood floors and the latest in backsplash designs, Lennar provides these extras at no additional cost.

When you take a walk through a Lennar home, you can be certain that everything you see is included in the price of the house – and it’s all designed for creativity and functionality, Joy Lang, an interior design consultant with Lennar’s Coastal Carolinas division, pointed out.

Lennar, in business since 1954 and now one of the nation’s only A+ builders, according to Home Builder Magazine, offers an array of floor plans to suit the needs of singles, couples and large families. Its forte always has been matching lifestyles to living space.

“Thanks to years of experience in interior design supervision, Lennar has developed a number of models that lend themselves to each homeowner’s personal touch,” said Lang. “It’s something that we put on full display in each of Lennar’s model homes, with examples of themed rooms, creative color palettes and furnishings that tie everything together.”

Lennar makes things easy for home buyers in nine communities across the Lowcountry, from Mount Pleasant to Moncks Corner. Its newest community is Coosaw Preserve in Ladson, where homes sell from the high $100s to the mid $300s. Potential buyers can walk through five model homes and also take a close-up look at “The Lodge,” the amenities center that features a resort style pool, a covered pavilion with a picnic area and a playground. Other Lennar communities in Ladson include Hunters Bend and Spencer Creek Woods.

Down the road in Moncks Corner, Lennar homes are on the market from the high $100s to the high $200s. Moss Grove is just minutes from downtown Moncks Corner and the banks of Lake Moultrie, and amenities include a shallow-entry pool, a playground, a picnic area and even boat storage.

At Royal Palms in Mount Pleasant, one of the fastest-growing municipalities in the country, Lennar offer luxury town homes from the low $300s. Near the intersection of Highway 17 and Highway 41, families can send their kids to some of the best schools in Charleston County.

And in Summerville, Coves at the Lakes of Cane Bay is located inside the award-winning master-planned Cane Bay Plantation. Homeowners can enjoy a 300-acre lake system, a resort style pool and a picnic area. Lennar also builds in Wentworth Hall and Lindera Preserve at Cane Bay Plantation.

As the Lowcountry population continues to rise, Lennar will continue to expand its footprint along the Carolina coast, providing homeowners with “everything” they need to create the home of their dreams.
